‘The Sanctuary’ is a mix media, sensory installation within WTT that aims to represent a balanced and harmonious mind, whilst aiding viewers in the understanding of the mastery of the self.

It’s setting is a Japanese Zen Garden inside a still and content mind. In each corner of the room is a pagoda that up to two people can enter, sit into and absorb.  The interior of each individually represents one of the key four Archetypes that within “Shadow work”, help to map out the psyche.  In the center of the room is a constantly burning fire that represents the true inner self. You cross the room to each pagoda using small bridges that arch over stone ponds. The ceiling is designed to look like the inside of a brain to depict that this sanctuary is inside of the mind.
