2024 sound installation

The “Blue Bells” sound installation was designed by myself and artist Suzanna Easton and fabricated across several months in 2024. 30, 1/2 meter flower sculptures consisting of recycled paper and plastic leaflets, were mâchéd in layers over wire skeletons and suspended on telegraphs poles. The entire structure and it's elements are completely hand-made and sustainable, including the bamboo wind-chimes that could be heard by 60,000 people throughout the district of Botanica at Boomtown Fair in 2024. The flowers hang on large wooden brackets and use purple and Blue LED's to light them at night.
